The story of origin

Our olive groves stretch along the lower course of morača. So far, we have 13,000 trees. Odiva consists of a combination of three varieties.

 

Koroneiki

Anda very well-known species from the Greek climate. She is also called the queen of olives. It is self-pollinated and very drought-resistant. Its oil has a characteristic fruity and rich taste.

Arbosana 

Spanish variety, excellent oilseed. The oil has an aromatic, mild fruity and nutty taste. 

Arbequina

Also, the Spanish variety is extremely grateful for the production of olive oil. Its crown is low, and is very easy to harvest by hand. Olive oil has a sweet, delicate and mild taste, and its texture is buttery.

Color: Golden green

Aroma: Gentle and persistent with notes of fresh grass and green fruit. 

Taste: Delicate taste with a tinge of fresh grass and sometimes green fruit, with a light and pleasant feeling of bitterness.
