It is harvested with the help of handheld cordless shakers. Beneath the treetops are spread nets. This is how we preserve both the crown and the fruit.  

The final steps before oil extraction involve removing leaves and twigs, washing the fruit with water, and then crushing and mixing.

The oil is squeezed from the olive dough by decanter centrifugal method of processing into the cold.

Freshly squeezed olive oil is not for use until the deposition process is completed, and the precipitate itself is removed by pouring. 

The packaging is filled with oil with a special charger that works according to the principle of vacuum technology and uses flow meters for charging.

We can help you. We offer service processing of olives and production of olive oil for all olive growers on the territory of Montenegro, especially from the area of Podgorica.

Our oil mill is a modern plant of the renowned Italian brand Pieralisi. It presents the latest cold processing technology (max. dough temp. in the mixer is 27°C), which guarantees the production of high quality olive oil and higher radman (approximately 1-1.5%), compared to other types of technological processes available. The complete process is of a closed type, which guarantees that it does not come into contact with air at any time, the greatest enemy of quality. Each of the mixers has an autonomous heating system, mixing time, quantity and name of the end user, and is controlled by an automatic computer system. Oil filtration is also done automatically, thus allowing us to work throughout the processing season – without stopping. 

We also own a special charging station of the Italian brand Polaris, which operates on the principle of vacuum technology. The advantage of this type of charger is that, no matter what volume or shape your packaging is, it is filled without changing tools.
